The Journey of a Computing Machine That Fits in Your Palm

This blog post is about a machine that I was looking forward to for a long time after Apple ditching Intel chips and started manufacturing their own M-chips for Mac family.

Name of the machine is “Apple Mac Mini M4 Pro”.

It fits in your palms, yet it is quite powerful.

Here is the journey of the machine after it got manufactured in a factory in China.

  • 1 – Shenzhen, China
  • 2 – Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong
  • 3 – Anchorage, AK, United States
  • 4 – Louisville, KY, United States
  • 5 – Buffalo, NY, United States
  • 6 – Ft. Erie, ON, Canada
  • 7 – Mount Hope, ON, Canada
  • 8 – Kitchener, ON, Canada
  • 9 – Waterloo, ON, Canada

I wondered how it’d look on map and drew the following visuals with a little help from Copilot, Google Maps and Paint X.

When it has arrived, it was shockingly very small and it indeed fit into my own palm

I will mention about the specs and limits of this powerful machine in a different post.

One can find all Mac mini buying options here from official Apple website
